COASTAL ROWING EXPERIENCE
We offer Rowing Retreats for groups that would like to row together in our Coastal Rowing Boats. We have 6 seats and offer programs for groups of up to 12 rowers. Our safety boat can be used by rowers to rest and enjoy the surroundings and we swap rowers from the row boats with rowers from the safety boat, allowing us to make long trips and rest along the way. This retreat is also enjoyed by groups that combine rowers and non-rowers, where the non-rowers run an alternative program.
Discover the thrill of coastal rowing in the stunning Pacific waters of Boca Chica. Glide through shimmering waves along rugged coastlines, with panoramic views of lush tropical landscapes, pristine beaches, and diverse marine life.
Our surroundings are a mix of flat-water estuaries and mangrove forests on one side and Pacific Ocean with many islands on the other side. Typically, we spend the first days exploring the National Park of Chiriqui with its mangrove forests and open flat water and then go out in open ocean the following days. Optionally we row to an island one day and stay the night in a fishing lodge, to return the next day.
The rowing program can be combined with other activities, such as a visit to the Kiki Waterfalls or a day in the mountain town of Boquete. Just get in touch and we can discuss how you would like the program tailored to your wishes.
A perfect adventure for rowing clubs and for groups of rowers that used to row together and would like to reconnect. Also possible as a learn to row experience if your group wants to discover rowing, our coaches are ready to get you going.
